JAIME BACA

Drummer and Percussionist, studied in the National Conservatory of Music in Ecuador, he is cofunder of "SONORA HNOS BACA".
Jaime Baca has played with famous artists, such as: Tito Puente, Orestes Vilato, José Chiño (Uruguay).

With Hnos Baca Orchestra, he performed with Tito Puente and His Orchestra, Gran Combo, Óscar de León, Ismael Rivera, Pacho Galán, Los Melódicos, etc.

He has an extensive discography and has toured internationally. Jaime was a member of Hector "Manito" Bonilla Jazz Trío and worked in the inauguration of the Hotel Quito in 1961.
He recorded a large part of the Eduardo Zurita's discography.

Jaime Baca was honored by the National Congress of Ecuador. He was a member commitee executive of Fenarpe (Artists Association).
