Stroke does not only affect older adults. It can happen to children, young adults, and older adults. Knowing the signs and acting FAST can save a life.
If you notice sudden changes in balance, vision, face drooping, arm weakness, or speech difficulty, seek emergency help right away.
Stroke recovery goes far beyond the physical effects.
