Naturterapi handler om at være åben for at naturen indeholder lige præcis det du har brug for. Lige her hvor du er i dit liv. Det kan være i form af delelementer og helheder som fanger din opmærksomhed og afstedkommer en fysisk, mental, følelsesmæssig eller spirituel reaktion.
For der er altid en grund til at det er netop dét træ, du tiltrækkes af. Dét blad du samler op. Dén vej du vælger. Og dét terræn du undgår. Dit indre landskab og din indre tilstand spejles i det ydre landskab og hjælpe det svære og tunge på vej. Gør det ubevidste mere bevidst. Og skaber plads til at du kan finde forbindelsen til de dele af dig du ikke mærker så tit. De dele der gemmes af vejen eller dømmes som uønskede og forkerte.
I naturterapien er der tid og plads til alle og til alt. Og til at lade dig bestemme tempo og retning.
Må jeg invitere dig til at droppe forventninger, planer, tidsrammer og formål næste gang du er derude? Gå med åbent hjerte og åbent sind. Sans og nyd nærværet med naturen og dig selv.

Have you loved yourself today?
Do you take time to r e a l l y feel yourself?
Consider these steps.
Self-awareness.
Self-understanding.
Self-acceptance
Self-responsibility.
Self-respect.
Self-trust.
Self-care.
Self-love.
Random order? Top down? Bottom up? No matter what feels right to you, I would invite you to sit with these words for just a few minutes.. meanings and feelings that you associate with them.
What comes up for you when you are asked the following questions?
Have you been aware of yourself today?
Have you taken responsibility for yourself today?
Have you taken care of yourself today?
So these questions.. how did the answers affect you? Did you feel comfortable, assured, certain, proud?
What about HAVE YOU LOVED YOURSELF TODAY?
Feeling triggered?
To make this simple.. Will you consider that any reaction involving defensiveness, dismissiveness, ridicule, deflection, sadness, shame or anger probably mean that you need more love in your life? Towards yourself.
Would you be willing to love all parts of yourself? To embrace and welcome all of you without judgement?
Does it feel challenging? Then start somewhere else on the list. Can you become aware of a part of you that is difficult to love and embrace? How do you talk about, feel about and think about that part? Can you understand it? Can you allow it space and accept that it is there for a reason? Can you take care of and care for that part? Just 5 minutes of being with it. With y o u.
Are you ready to start loving the whole of you?
