For me, empathy in design is about sensing the unseen.. how someone feels, moves, and breathes in a space. It’s creating from their perspective, so the place becomes not just beautiful, but deeply human. Deeply them.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about what design really means to me. And honestly, it’s never just about creating a pretty space.

At Nahu Fusion, it’s really about what a space feels like.I care about the emotions it brings up, the energy it holds, and how it connects with the people who move through it.

That feeling.. it can be different every time.
Sometimes it’s calming, sometimes grounding, sometimes energizing or inspiring.
It really depends on what the person or the brand needs most.

Using design to create emotions. That’s what I care about most in anything I create.
If there’s no soul in it, then for me, aesthetics alone will never be enough.

A space that’s well-designed doesn’t need to be understood by everyone. The intention doesn’t have to be obvious. BUT if it’s there, you’ll feel it.

The SPAIR reception sets the tone. Calm, setteling, and welcoming. The design blends simplicity with softness, guiding guests gently into a space where wellness begins the moment they arrive.

This was another fun experience, where I poured all my thoughts and vision into the generator, letting it shape the initial idea. From there, I refined and adjusted it, adding my personal touch to bring it closer to what I imagined!

BOMISO is a healing center in Berlin where my space design takes you on a personal journey of resilience and self-discovery.

In this image, you’re seeing a glimpse of the first part of the journey, a moment to reflect on what we often do, without realizing.

This is the Concealing Stage: Revealing Your Mask. I guide you through dark, tight spaces that reflect the weight of suppression. As you move forward, a window lets in light and greenery, uncovering the plants we’ve kept hidden.. like our own paths, growing into who we are. They’re standing as a metaphor for the growth and layers we hide within ourselves. However, a glass barrier still separates you. This represents the inner struggles we face, as we are not able to accept them ourselves, we aren’t able to externally glow by them. By the end of the BOMISO healing journey, this barrier will be broken, allowing you to fully connect and embrace the natural beauty and energy within you. In the end, you’ll break through and fully shine in your true, natural light.
