This was gifted to me today completely out of the blue! ‘no pun intended’ … as a thank you.

What many of you won’t know is that this is more than a bottle of whiskey. It’s actually something really special, not only because it’s a Johnny Walker Blue Label, but also because this was something I had planned ever since I started ‘Be The Leap’ to acknowledge a certain personal business milestone.

It just goes to show that whatever success metrics you have in place as markers to celebrate (or not), that good and positive things can displace them.

Thank you Marcus for providing a moment of genuine happiness and delight today on top of … (I know you’ve also done this a couple of times this year!) in what’s been my most toughest of years personally. And also for totally pulling the floor out from my under my feet for something that’s always felt actually unachievable.
