In April, we kept the momentum going strong. From talent acquisition to product design to leadership in delivery—our team showed up, delivered, and raised the bar yet again.

🔹 Tija – Our recruitment engine. Since the start of the year, she’s helped bring 20 incredible people into OAK’S LAB—a phenomenal achievement. No candidate escapes her radar, and her impact on growing our engineering team has been nothing short of essential. Under a high workload, she’s still powering through with relentless focus and precision.

🔹 Eva – An absolute standout in design. She wrapped up NXT with a sharp visual direction, resiliently worked through tough client feedback, and is now crafting a stunning website for Curriculum Advances that’s sure to impress even the toughest critics. Eva, your growth and consistency make you one of our strongest visual designers—and simply a joy to work with.

🔹 Andy, Denisa, Igor, Tonda and Vlada – The DMT crew. These five are the backbone of our delivery. They’re in the trenches with our teams, leading with calm under pressure, and always pushing for better. Their leadership, deep expertise, and steady support have been a driving force behind our success. OAK’S LAB wouldn’t be the same without you.
