Magical Wedding Cakes -- thank you Bathsheba!!
This comes from someone who is so sick of attending weddings with showy, intricately detailed, expensive wedding cakes that taste nothing more than unmemorable, sugary frosting with tasteless cake layers inside. I was determined not to go this route on June 14th and thanks to you, we instead had a very memorable dessert. One in which our guests gushed out loud about how light, flavorful, guilt-free our cakes tasted. Each bite felt like you were on a cloud. The perfect ending to seafood dinner at the beach and a festive sunset wedding. Thank you for offering such a quality cake with lovely ingredients and real flavor.

I'm not a huge buttercream or fondant fan and I surprised myself in how much I loved your homemade buttercreams. I wish more brides would invest in the "right things" on their big day and would highly recommend your kitchen to anyone getting married in the area.
