The question isnāt whether heat will affect daily work ā
š itās how prepared we are for this new normal.

December 10 is International Human Rights Day ā a day that reminds us that everyone deserves dignity and safety at work.
So letās talk about something many people forget: heat safety is a basic worker right.
According to WHO and ILO, hundreds of thousands of workers are affected by extreme heat every year.
And in many workplaces, one thing is still very common:
Companies donāt act early, and workers stay silent even when they feel unwell.
Heat stress doesnāt just cause discomfort. It leads to:
-Losing focus
-More mistakes
-More accidents
-Slower work progress
-A bad impact on a companyās reputation
The ILO reminds us clearly:
āSafe and Healthy Working Conditions is a Fundamental Human Rightā
From better workplace setups to smart devices that help monitor heat stress,
there are many ways to protect workers today.
No product promotion here ā just a reminder to take heat safety seriously.

šI sincerely recommend that you, as a team manager, take a serious look at heat safety PPE.
Iām 100% sure that when it comes to preventing heat stress at work, relying only on experience or external cooling is no longer enough.
Every team member has a different body condition, works in different environments, and faces unique heat risks. If those risks arenāt addressed early, the consequences wonāt just affect individual healthāthey can slow down progress, drive up costs, and even lower your projectās safety ratings.
Donāt wait until your team suffers losses to realize the importance of prevention.
Times have changed.

š„I came across a news story from Shenzhen:
Two tourists ignored warnings and entered a typhoon danger zone. They got stranded, and rescue teams braved the storm, spending huge effort to bring them back safely.
But in the endāthey were fined š° for violating rules and wasting rescue resources.
This struck me deeply:
Rescue teams are not āinvincible guardians.ā Under blazing sun, heavy rain, or even typhoons, they face heat stress and life-threatening risks themselves.
So if you love the outdoors, remember:
Respect nature šæ. Donāt let reckless choices put others at risk.

š¤Last Friday, our distributor shared a real story with us.
A middle-aged couple works as delivery drivers for a courier company. The husband didnāt want to keep climbing in and out of the truck, so he chose to walk under the scorching sun to finish his deliveries. After some time, he suddenly collapsed at the bottom of a stairwell.
From inside the truck, his wife saw what happened. Terrified, she rushed overāand even before she got close, she could already hear the loud alarm from his CMZ-RF11 heat stroke prevention device. With all her strength, she dragged him into the shade. Just seconds later, her own CMZ-RF11 started to alarm as well.
It turned out the husband had ignored two warnings from his device in order to move faster, while his wife hadnāt heard any alerts from inside the truck. Later, she told our distributor: if it werenāt for that sharp alarm, she might have just given him a couple of candies, thinking it was low blood sugar⦠But their lovely twins were still waiting at home for them to come back. If things had gone wrong, the consequences would have been unimaginable.
At that moment, everyone in our office felt truly proud of the CMZ-RF series.
Itās not a decoration, and itās not just something people wear to tick a boxāitās a device that really protects lives.
š We hope no one has to suffer from heat stroke, whether at work or in daily life.
