After the high-efficiency filter is put into operation, if there are leakage points or gaps due to insufficient installation, the predetermined purification effect cannot be achieved. Therefore, a leakage test must be conducted on the high-efficiency filter. Due to the low concentration of atmospheric dust upstream of the tested high-efficiency filter, an aerosol generator is needed to supplement the dust generation in order to meet the testing conditions. By using an aerosol photometer to test the concentration of suspended particles upstream of the high-efficiency filter and conducting a uniform scanning test downstream, the leakage rate of the tested high-efficiency filter can be determined and the presence of leakage can be determined.
