The last video we just dyed the fabric,next step we need to test the fabric fadeness to make sure it won't be faded that we could develop a good product for my clients

Step like the below:
1.Remove proper amount of laundry detergent
2.Mix with water proportionally
3.Pour into meter
4.Put the fabric and test paper into the cup together
5.Simulate a washing machine enviroment
6.Take out and rate the color fadeness

👥 This week my customer came to my office and discussed with me that they wanna develop a new color denim fabric for his brand

👨‍💻 My technician is adjusting the color ratio of the fabric and dyeing it

🚫 Recently,we found a problem when we were shipping to the customer.
📞 I've urgently summoned the techs to discuss it.

❓ Why does the fabric bounce back?
👨‍🔬 1.Our techs took one piece of fabric to test If the shrinkage has rebounded too much,the result is normal.
👨‍🔬 2.Next day,we did a humidity test and found that the air humidity is too large caused by the rebound phenomenon

💫 Solution is the fabric returns to normal after being stretched with water

📙 High stretch fabrics have just been finished and must be tested for humidity after being stretched with water
