AfCI Participates in the Women-Led Organizations’ Capacity Strengthening Training!

Today, 11 November 2025, AfCI joined other women-led organizations for the “Women-Led Organizations’ Capacity Strengthening” training organized by UNFPA.

The workshop brought together inspiring participants from the North-West and South-West Regions of Cameroon for a two-day capacity-building session aimed at strengthening leadership, governance, and organizational effectiveness.

Day 1 focused on Strategic Organizational Governance and Leadership, featuring insightful discussions on governance structures, vision and mission development, inclusive leadership, transparency and accountability, as well as network building and donor engagement.

It was a truly inspiring start empowering women-led organizations to lead with purpose, integrity, and sustainability.
