Genesis Breyer P-Orridge was founder of COUM Transmissions, an avant-garde artistic and musical collective, with Cosey Fanni Tutti.
S/he was a member of THROBBING GRISTLE, pioneers in the industrial music genre and PSYCHIC TV, an experimental band influenced by the acid house scene.
After meeting Jacqueline Breyer coined the term “PANDROGYNY” to express the idea that they were fused into a third gender neutral person.
