We help make access centers more accessible by staffing them with the people who have experienced firsthand how important it is to see everyone as an equal person.

No prior experience required - we provide all the training.

Community Safety Hosts are a reimagining of the role of a security guard; they are leaders who use empathy and connection to create welcoming, trauma-informed spaces in places where community members go to access resources, such as libraries, shelters, and public areas.

Position comes with 170+ hours of paid training
Including certifications in security, opioid response, First Aid, su***de intervention, and more.

No experience needed
We value your lived experience and provide all the tools and support you need.
