MEET Sam Larson, playing Young Amon.
We caught him right in the middle of his school play — his focus, joy, and natural stage presence are impossible to miss. Our youth continue to surprise us with their courage, honesty, and willingness to grow. Sam is no exception.

Young Amon is a comedic anchor of our three young leads — the cousin with relentless sibling‑energy teasing, yet a steady, loyal support to young blind Dromɔ. His humor and heart shape the warmth of the story’s beginning.

ABOUT THE PLAY:
Set around 6–4 BCE, it follows Dromɔ, a young blind girl in a West African coastal town who encounters a mysterious light on the same night a divine star rises over Judea. What begins as a childhood moment becomes a lifelong calling that leads her across deserts, kingdoms, and cultures toward a story far beyond her homeland — blending humor, culture, and spiritual depth to explore purpose, identity, friendship, doubt, and what it truly means to see by faith.

When her young son stumbles into the divine✨ in a shepherd’s field near Bethlehem, she becomes the shield between heaven’s mystery 👼🏾 and a world that isn’t ready for what he’s seen.
