The muscles of the forearm move the wrist and fingers. Day to day activities such as grading papers, DIY projects, heavy workouts or simply hours spent at a computer can create tightness developing in arm. You can still have tight forearms regardless of your sport and occupation.
Performed regularly these stretches will help alleviate tension in your forearms between visits to your RMT.
