AOG Stroller-Fit

Hi ladies! I hope everyone is doing well- staying safe & healthy!
Sorry I haven't been running any stroller-fit classes. I'm actually moving out of town for about 8 months, but when I'm back I may get some up and running again.

I wanted to reach out to you all because I am working for a company called Infinit Nutrition- a local Windsor based company. We have some amazing nutritional products that I thought some of you may like to try.

first off, just wanted to say awesome work so far!! you are all crushing it every class! I love training you ALL!

just a few updates here...

Next week- class on monday & WEDNESDAY (sorry for the change, I am out of town on Thursday)

the following week (Dec 2 & 5)

the final week (Monday & WEDNESDAY again)
