Meet my fur boys, Bo & Luke. 🐾
Bo, my 10-month-old doodle, is absolutely obsessed with squeaky toys.
Luke, my 6-year-old border collie, would prefer peace and quiet. 😂
After enduring an impressive amount of squeaking, Luke gave me the look...then took matters into his own paws and relieved Bo of his toy.
Big brother energy at its finest. ❤️

Berry season is officially underway! 🌿🍓🫐
The strawberries are ripe and ready for picking, the raspberries are starting to come in, the blueberries are forming nicely, and the blackberries are covered in blooms with tiny berries already appearing.
One of my favourite things about growing food is seeing every stage at once...from flowers to forming fruit to baskets ready for harvest. Every walk through the garden reveals something new.
Now if I can make it back to the house without eating half the harvest along the way... 😅

Who else remembers when a Dora kitchen was 'the' place to cook up imaginary feasts? 😄
Spotted this Dora the Explorer play kitchen at the thrift store and it instantly brought back memories of my kids spending hours "cooking" meals, serving snacks, and making sure everyone had a seat at the table. It wasn't just a toy...it was a restaurant, bakery, café, and sometimes even a grocery store all rolled into one!
Amazing how a simple thrift store find can unlock so many memories of little voices, big imaginations, and endless cups of pretend coffee. ☕💕
