Who else feels after the first week of school rush we can get back on track?

I feel more refreshed and revitalized in September than I do in January but I’m still trying to catch up.

For a lot of us it has been a quiet business journey the last year and sometimes it was hard to stay motivated. I pushed myself to find things I enjoyed, like reading.

I took some time over the weekend to do something I have had on my to-list for SO long!

One of the many things I do when helping clients is getting posts ready for social media.

So what did a year of social media silence look like for me…. To be honest it was just a lot of working behind the scenes quietly, kept my head down and worked for my clients. Some moments I saved for myself but never enough and it took a while for me to give myself space to think about how I wanted to continue.⁣

I still don't feel like I have everything planned and thought out perfectly but I do know that I still want to help other businesses succeed in their own business.⁣

Even in the midst of my silence there is something to be said about the power of word of mouth. I still gained new clients every few months while working with my long standing clients so that was a blessing to keep me going. Sometimes I would use that busyness as an excuse to not show up or share though 🙊🙈 which I know is an integral part of an online business 🤣⁣

While my plan is to still be able to help clients do things for them in their business to have that additional support - I also know that sometimes as a business owner you want to be able to achieve your goals on your own. ⁣
