Moon moon, one of my failed adoptions

I’ve noticed most of my fancy breeds get adopted first while my homing pigeons take a lot longer.

My plan was to put Moon Moon up for adoption as soon as she was able to eat on her own since she didn’t qualify for my colour program, but I couldn’t bring myself to it since she always flew on my head as soon as I entered the loft. She was definitely different.

Just because Moon Moon isn’t a fancy pigeon or fits in my colour and breeding program doesn’t mean I treat them any less. In my opinion my homing pigeons take the less time warming up to you than my other breeds.
