5 Steps to Creating a Rock Solid Project Process 😎

Step 0 | Get out your pen, paper, fav CRM, and most importantly : your thinking cap
Step 1 | Brainstorm your ultimate client project experience
Step 2 | Break your brainstorm down into a timeline
Step 3 | Look at your timeline and visualize your project - is there anything missing? Fill in the blanks
Step 4 | Create your process by breaking it down into phases, tasks, and sub-tasks
Step 5 | Go over your project process to make sure everything looks good and save it as a clear “template” so it’s ready to duplicate when you need it.
Step 6 | Celebrate knowing having an organized system that’s rock solid will save you so much time and equal happy clients.
