A note, from Brittney (Founder/Owner Creative Dynamics Virtual Services Ltd.):
Building with AI, but always grounded in human intention.
I have been a little quieter on my end recently. Part of that has been intentional learning ( remember how I always say, I'm always learning ;)), and part of it has honestly been imposter syndrome and information overwhelm as I stepped deeper into the world of AI.
I signed up for a course through the Harvard Data Science Initiative to better understand AI at a deeper level.
The truth is, we have already been working with elements of this behind the scenes at Creative Dynamics through our business audit and systems work.
BUT I wanted to slow down, go deeper, and build my understanding in a more intentional and structured way rather than just piecing things together as I go.
One thing that has become very clear through all of this is the importance of the human loop.
We need to design with humans at the centre first. AI should sit inside that loop, not replace it. Humans define context, make decisions, and carry responsibility. AI supports, enhances, and extends that thinking.
AI is a tool. It is something we design, build, and manage. And with that comes responsibility to use it with intention, clarity, and awareness of its impact on people, businesses, and decision making.
For me, this learning is not about replacing human thinking. It is about strengthening how we support humans through better systems, better insight, and better design.
I would genuinely love to hear how you are using AI in your business. I am currently in a deep dive to learn everything I can, including security, systems, and real world application, and I know there is so much we can learn from each other.
More to come as I integrate what I am learning into our work and how we support clients through strategy, operations, and business growth.
