Sweet Strudel Cakes

I have known Lauren for many years, so I was honored to be asked to make her wedding cake. Her wedding was held at Church and State Wineries, one of my favorite venues! The top and bottom layer were vanilla cake with raspberry gelee, and the middle layer was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
