Painter (Full-Time, Permanent Position. 5+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Experience with the following
Prepwork: caulking, filling, sanding, some drywall repairs
Brushwork/cutting in
Rolling
Spraying: interior, exterior, cabinets
Using scaffold, ladders, and safety equipment
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor work environments.
Ability to work efficiently and follow safe work practices.
Reliable and punctual to show up and start work on time.
Confident working independently.
Good communication skills while working in a team environment.
Communicates with the team and supports team members to help move projects along in projected timelines while maintaining high quality work and minimal wasted time and materials.
Responsible and accountable for quality of work.

Required Qualifications
Experience completing a painting project; start to finish.
Experience as a painter.
Physically strength and stamina to be able to pick up and carry up to 50lbs throughout the day.
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Able to drive to various worksites throughout the year.
Work independently.
Attention to detail.
Interest in building a career, growing with the company.
Positive attitude/polite.
Passionate about painting.
