What we are looking for
We are looking for a strong team player who understand the sentiments of our brand. A trusted player, responsible for the ongoing brand identity and visual identity of ExpressTheFeeling.com. A creative type, who can designing everything from new physical collateral like direct mail to digital assets that live on our social channels or website. A strong sense of brand is a must, as well as a willingness to handle everything from simple ex*****on of small design needs to larger creative projects that you will take from idea to reality. The ideal candidate has worked directly for a consumer startup or at a relevant branding agency. This position may grow into a more senior lead creative role.

Responsibilities
Work with our Concept Director to produce final design
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Produce variety of design options for various campaigns. Design options include but are not limited to various sizes for various product and its optimal placements for the final product to look attractive and enhance overall brand value as well as result in customer happiness and pride of ownership.
Produce final design assets (like social posts, email templates, website updates, online ads, etc)
Pitch creative ideas
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements
Three years of experience as a designer at a branding agency or consumer startup
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
A strong portfolio of previous branding or creative work
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Skilled in InkScape and one or more of the following : Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Skilled in using Google Drive, Amazon S3 Buckets, FileZilla or other FTP data transfer tools for large file sharing.
