In true McCall fashion, 31 went a little differently than I anticipated,

But if I’m proud of myself for anything it’s my willingness to keep trying things on for size and switching things up when it feels like it’s time. Life is short. We never really know if a decision is the “right” one, but I think the decisions we regret most are the ones we make out of fear. What’s the saying - “If you’re scared of the cost of going for it, you should see the cost of staying where you are.”

My wish for 32: is that we all do more things that scare us a little. Do the things that make your heart race and your hands shake… that’s how you know you’re alive. Mess up. Say the wrong thing. Be awkward. Because a little embarrassment in pursuit of human connection is worth it every. single. time. Be what you want to seee !!!!

I’m grateful for so much in my life, but you’re a big one!!! There are 50,000 of you here. Fifty thousand. That’s pretty freaking cool hehe

Thank you for the opportunities, the encouragement, the support, and all the bday issues and for letting me share this little corner of my life with you

Summer mood board u know what it is

golden hour out here >

we’re not just chasing summer we’re becoming it baby

for the girl(s) who avoid things they might be bad at!!! i’ve been preaching “try new things, be a beginner” for a while now

but six months ago i realized there were something I was avoiding trying and that being running 🤪 like i had never even run 5k.. but i somehow was VERY confident i didn’t like it or wouldn’t be “good” at it ??

and as someone who preaches “how do you know until you try”
i realized it was time to give it a go so… i signed up for a half marathon and yesterday we got it done !!!!

and it’s true if you ever need your faith in humanity restored
go to a race lol I got to cheer on crush the marathon when I was done and it was so emotional being on the other side, seeing people do hard things, show up for eachother and help eachother get over the finish line

so proud of everyone who showed up yesterday 💛💛 what a great day!!!
