1ď¸âŁ **Come back to now.**
Notice whatâs *actually* happening, not what youâre fearing. Give importance to the present and what you can control by naming whatâs true right now (fact vs. story).
2ď¸âŁ Step outside your head.
Share the facts (not the drama) with a coach, mentor, or friend and ask: âWhat am I not seeing?â Donât explain, just listen.
Bonus reset (60 seconds):
- Breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 2, out for 6.
- Label the emotion you are feeling.
- Ask yourself: âWhat else could be true?â and journal
