Ever notice how one problem can hijack your whole brain?

Ready to get out of your head and into motion and get out of the overthinking spiral?

Here are 2 ways to turn overthinking into action and reset your brain instantly 🎯

1️⃣ **Come back to now.**

Notice what’s *actually* happening, not what you’re fearing. Give importance to the present and what you can control by naming what’s true right now (fact vs. story).

2️⃣ Step outside your head.

Share the facts (not the drama) with a coach, mentor, or friend and ask: “What am I not seeing?” Don’t explain, just listen.

Bonus reset (60 seconds):

- Breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 2, out for 6.
- Label the emotion you are feeling.
- Ask yourself: “What else could be true?” and journal
