I used to hate networking….

I’d get really anxious! Making sure I said the perfect thing. Performing on camera with a big smile and perfect posture.

It took a while to get used to it and become comfortable. I realized that people are just people and we are all there to meet one another and see what opportunities there may be.

Networking is now my main way of getting JV partners, stages, and leads.

Just yesterday I had a call with someone that another JV partner introduced me to. We both had experience in operations and technology so I thought she’d be a great JV partner. Turns out, she might want to hire me! Neither of us was expecting that.

OMG people, we are in June!

Not even that, the 2nd week of June 😲 Last week I realized it was June but it didn’t really settle in until this morning!
