Do you have experience working in construction? Houses - High Rise - warranty service work?
Are you Confident with various finishing work such as painting, caulking, minor repairs to trim and door hardware, hvac, hardwood floor repairs, cleaning etc.
Willing to work efficiently and always friendly and professional while working inside homeowners property.

Work is permanent and on-going,

Location is Ottawa based. Own reliable transport is required. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between sites. Tool allowance.
Wage dependent on experience.
