We designed the Lodge to maximize luxury and comfort so that your shore stay is as memorable as it should be. Every part of the house is big and roomy, with lots of different seating areas to lounge. We sleep 6 comfortably and offer a high-quality air mattress and enough room to sleep up to 8. You can expect quality conveniences like bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, a stocked kitchen and all the basics to feel at home on your vacation. We've got a beautiful outdoor space in front and back with comfy seating to enjoy a smoke and your morning or evening beverages. The clincher is the Beach Lodge's location right in the heart of Highlands NJ – the Jersey Shore’s best kept secret! There's something for everyone here and we're within walking distance of it all - the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Seastreak Ferry to NYC.�
* There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly. ( Relax on the wraparound deck around the front of our property or in our backyard oasis with chairs/couch/lightweight ADK chairs, etc, guests are welcome to smoke anywhere outside. There's an ashtray in the backyard. )

In the beautiful mountains of British Columbia, we are harvesting every day from now until the end of October. $49 CAD. Winlaw BC. Lunch and smokes included.

Enjoy a fully-equipped private bedroom and your own bathroom. Walk to the Hudson waterfront in 5 minutes where you can take the ferry or step outside the house directly to the bus stop where you will be in Times Square/Hells Kitchen in 10 minutes.

The private room has a full bed, desk, dresser, TV, and closet. Feel free to use the large kitchen, downstairs living room with large TV for your streaming pleasure. Have a cocktail in the cozy backyard while my two small dogs sunbathe.

I will be happy to show you around and/or give you directions. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods each within walking distance. I am a laid-back songwriter/musician with two dogs, so please be pet-friendly, LGBTQ friendly, and 420 friendly. I'm tidy, kind, and happy to help you navigate your way into and out of the city and around the beautiful Hudson waterfront area, also happy to stay out of your way. Peace.
