BRINGING YOURSELF INTO THE PRESENT:
Close your eyes.
(Okay read this first, then close your eyes and try).
Exhale deeply.
Feel yourself root into the ground you stand on, sit on, lie on etc.
Pause at the bottom of your exhale.
Flutter your eyes open.
Notice the shapes, colours and objects in front of you.
Be still.
Remember to keep breathing.
