Customer support Assistance ( Intern)

Major Responsibilities:

-Support snap rider user via messenger
-Support driver partner via chat and phone
-Conduct Driver on boarding interview
-Keep eyes on snap ride Facebook fan page and reply user as soon as possible

Educational Requirement:

Enrolled student for Bachelor or Master program in any reputed university.
Background: Business, Science or Engineering or English
