This cake sent my youngest into a frenzy! He is the BIGGEST Super Mario fan and the Mastermind behind this cake.

He made sure every detail met his impossibly high standards and that it was perfect for birthday boy.. then told me to keep it in and not give it away 😂😂😂

Our family recently started reading the Harry Potter series just after Christmas and I have been itching to do doing something like this and absolutely loved how it turned out!! The snitch in between all that chocolate.. 😍
My eldest was so excited to see how this turned out and gave me some double thumbs up on the end result 👍👍

This theme is so big right now, my boys are so into this game!
My youngest told me off for giving this cake away, he said he wanted to keep it!

Of all of the flavours out there, Strawberry Shortcake is still my absolute favourite!
Something about a simple vanilla cake, strawberries and a whipped topping is just.... yum!😊
