Salmon & Potato Tots🍣🥔
Ingredients:
✔️200g Potato (peeled and cooked)
✔️100g Salmon (cooked)
✔️20g Shredded Cheese (I used cheddar)
✔️10g Bread Crumbs (add more if needed)
1. Cook the potato and salmon (I steamed them)
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients (cheese & bread crumbs)
3. Use your hands to shape the mixture into small tot-sized portions
4. Pre heat the airfryer or oven at 180°C and bake it for 20 mins (flip halfway through cooking)
5. Cool down for at least 5 mins and serve
6. Enjoy!
