LAST CHANCE TO SUBMIT! Here's your opportunity to get real feedback from MoCap industry pros who cast this work. Submissions close TODAY, June 5th at 5pm for the Videogame Working Group's MoCap Self-Tape Workshop happening on June 18th from 5-6:30pm (it's free!)
What you need to do:
🎮 Step 1: Pick one of the provided scripts
🎥 Step 2: Record a self-tape as if you were doing a motion capture audition
📨 Step 3: Submit by 5pm on June 5th
That's it! Selected self-tape submissions will be analyzed at the workshop by industry pros who will share practical feedback on performance, physicality, and framing.
All experience levels welcome. No demo reel needed. Did we mention it's free?!

ACTRA Toronto VP, Councillor and National Councillor Mercedes Morris has an important message for Members: Registration's Open...for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026!
The AGM is a valuable opportunity for Members to get together, meet with their elected representatives and find out what’s going on in our industry and in our union.
The AGM will be from 2-4:30 pm at the Young People’s Theatre in Toronto or virtually on Zoom. The AGM is open to all ACTRA Toronto Members in good standing.
