This is a new delicious breakfast dish, that I have created today: fried cauliflower rice with eggs. I frequently substitute rice and potatoes with cauliflower in many dishes. I do this because cauliflower contains more fiber and less fast carbs, which helps to control weight. Eggs is also a good food to help with weight control, as it contains protein and is very low on carbs. However, for people over 40 eggs have to be used sparingly, as large amount of eggs in the diet can cause sclerosis.

In the next several posts we will explore some foods that have maximum health benefits. Spinach is the first of them as it has minimum calories, minimum net carbs, but contains fiber and protein, as well as many essential vitamins. It helps to maintain vision and healthy weight, control blood pressure and prevent cancer. In the future I will be posting some tasty dishes that include spinach.
