I am very experienced when it comes to all types of fitness coaching, yoga, meditation, subconscious work with clients, breathwork and more but yes I still get anxiety about posting on this app and owning a business that serves others in a personal way….
I’m just better at using the mental tools I have to mitigate that fear and keep moving year after year.
I still eat like a normal human but there are things I will never eat or consume ever again. And I am always learning about Ayurveda, nutrition and creating courses while practicing holistic health myself. Yes I workout everyday but there are days where I just rest.
I am a real human. My life is busy but I love my women in the Rose Academy and I love seeing the improvements in my clients.
That’s what makes it worth it.
