You are cordially invited to join us in celebration of Nowruz Gala 2019 with your family and friends at elegant Avani on Saturday, March 30th, 2019
This event is organized by SUTA (Sharif University of Technology Association), Fanni-Ontario & Kanoon Mohandes.

When: Saturday March 30th, 2019, 6:00 pm – Midnight
Where: AVANI Event Centre, 8400 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K 4L8

Program:
6:00 pm: Registration and Ticket pick-up
Coffee, tea and sweets are served
6:30 pm: Appetizers are served
7: pm: Doors Open
7:30 pm: Opening Ceremony with national anthems
7:45 pm: Dance performance by Nava Dance Academy
8:00 – 9:25 pm: DJ & Dance
8:00 pm: Bread baskets and 2 bottles of Wines are served
8:30 pm: Salad is served
8:45 pm: Dinner is served
9:15 pm: Desert is served
9:25 pm: Games and Draw for Door Prizes
9:40 pm: DJ & Dance
10:00 pm: Live Duo Performers
10:30 pm- Midnight: DJ & Dance

To provide all our guests the opportunity to have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears we politely request no children under 6.
Limited sponsorship opportunities are available. please email us to receive the sponsorship package.
If you would like to sit at the same table with your friends, please email us up to 8 names for each table by March 25th. We recommend purchasing a Table Package and saving more.
Each table sits 8 people.
