I get called for all kinds of reasons. Referrals, maybe from an ad, and so on. In this case it was mandated that the sellers use the last Realtor who sold in this particular building and that just happened to be me. Fine I’ll take it. However the nicest thing was said by my clients when they told me that even though it was random they were lucky to find me. The feeling’s mutual!
