We are representing an ultra-luxury private island destination in the Caribbean seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead all food and beverage operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a highly dynamic environment, where service standards are exceptionally high. You will oversee a multi-outlet operation delivering bespoke dining experiences for a global UHNW clientele, including exclusive-use stays and private events.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in luxury resort, private island, or high-end hospitality environments
• Strong leadership experience managing teams in the Caribbean is essential
• Deep understanding of F&B operations across both front and back of house
• Experience delivering high-touch service to international and UHNW clientele
• Exceptional communication skills with clear, polished English
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to manage diverse teams
• Highly organised, hands-on, and calm under pressure
• Naturally service-driven with strong attention to detail

PROFILE
You are a confident, composed leader who understands how to operate in a high-performance, remote environment. You lead from the front, set the tone for service, and ensure your team delivers consistently at a high level.
You are adaptable, culturally aware, and able to manage both people and pressure with professionalism and ease.

PACKAGE
Salary: Circa $70,000 USD + full expat benefits
Bonus: 20% performance-based
Accommodation on island
Annual flight allowance
