I read for so many people who put themselves last on their priority list 💔

They want to use a lot of their session time asking how they can rescue another person.

Babe, my question to you is, how are they going to learn their current lesson if you keep interfering?

I know you're scared that you won't feel valuable if you aren't needed.

You have a lot of pride around the help you give others.

You might even override their requests or cues that they've got this, so that rescuer role doesn't get taken away from you.

But you're resentful 🙃 I see it. I've been there.

And it's scary to shift the focus onto yourself. To gift yourself that much space, and time, and thought, and intrigue, can feel immoral!

BUT it's beyond time you focus on you.

Try saying it out loud "Everyone is worthy of my love, including Myself."
