I did it! I'm now a Certified Holistic Life Coach! 🥂
I'm particularly excited about this achievement because of the amazing value it has added to my clients in my Spiritual Guidance Program. It's exactly what I needed in my practice to make sure I am bringing 100% value to my sessions.
My next goal is obtaining the required hours to become accredited with the International Coaching Federation.

I’ve had to learn a lot about overcoming fears through the last five years. I had made the promise and choice to really get to know me and ask myself where those fears were coming from and why. Was it conditioning, trauma or maybe a narrative I told myself and then proceeded to direct a docu-series all about it!
Sometimes it was all of the above but I learned that it ultimately came down to one thing…me. My awareness, my healing, my stories – they are all mine to take ownership of. There was only one thing that kept me in that state of mind and it was me.
So, then I had made a new promise to myself, the choice to overcome my fears and push myself past any lingering thought patterns that kept me imprisoned. As soon as that choice was made, everything started to come together again! And I’m talking years and years of purgatory that instantaneously lifted!
Within days, I committed to a coaching certification program that complimented and enhanced the spiritual counseling program I was already providing to my clients. I received a scholarship to another amazing program that levelled-up my connection to God/Source/Universe, had an increase in clients and the opportunity to move back to Central America – which we took!
Since then, it’s been one opportunity for growth after another and that’s why I am so proud of the accomplishment that I’m about to share with you!
