Hi!! It’s been a while friends. 👋I’ve been engulfed in work and single-mom duties, as well as soaking up every bit of this summer sun. 😎 I hope you’re all basking in it, too! Spray some (diluted) Lavender on ya if you get burnt though - it’ll reduce the inflammation, calm redness, and ease pain. 😅

I’m coming up for air soon to bring you new delights, as well as more aromatherapy tips as we lean slowly into Fall (gasp), so stay tuned.
