🌟 Wade Benedict🎨🚲 Concrete Barriers Program

These barriers were designed and painted by .benedict, a multi-disciplinary artist based in the east end of Toronto. These barriers, along Glen Road, read "Not A Flower" and were painted as part of StART's 2025 Concrete Barrier program.
