📍 Montréal, QC (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
⏳ 6-month contract | 35 hrs/week
💰 $90–100/hour

🧠 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams
✅ Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
✅ Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders
✅ Support AI & data-driven delivery teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years as a Scrum Master
✔️ Strong project management & leadership skills
✔️ Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or regulated environments
✔️ Agile certifications (CSM/PSM); PMP an asset
