For the 2025 ELA Spring Webinar, join University of Winnipeg librarian Michael Dudley for a timely and thought-provoking session exploring how city planning theories can help public libraries navigate controversy, foster dialogue, and better serve pluralistic communities. Drawing on his background in both librarianship and city planning, Dudley will offer insights into how planning theory can inform library practice and challenge conventional ideas about neutrality in public spaces.
