What is happiness? It seems like an odd question, but is it? Do you know how to define happiness? Do you think happiness is the same thing to you as it is to others?
Happiness does have a pretty important role in our lives, and it can have a huge impact on the way we live our lives. But how do we define happiness? Well, you donβt. Happiness is a state, not a trait and this state varies person to person. Which means you have to look for things that make YOU happy.
Sit down and really think about what makes you happy. Think about both the little things, and the bigger things.
But as you go, be careful not to be too hard on yourself. We really can increase our happiness one baby step at a time if we believe in ourselves. ππ£
