Happy Girls day! March 3rd is the day to celebrate girl‘s health and well-being. As much as I am against binary thinking, I cannot resist passing on Japanese traditional festivals to the next generation...I hope my daughter will be a strong and kind-hearted person, and feels good about who she is. Today’s menu was Chirashi sushi, soy sauce Koji fried chicken (Karaage), shiokoji deep fried tofu, simple salads and clam osumashi soup using homemade tamari sauce.
