We are looking for someone who can own and run with managing a client's social media channel. If you are a reliable, quick-thinking, self-starter who understands social media and real estate, real estate development, communities and lifestyle industries, let's chat.

Responsibilities:

Execute social media campaigns by posting content on social media platforms - IG, Facebook, Twitter
Generate buzz surround a brand's product or services
Collaborate with Designers and videographers to develop content for social media channels
Analyze key metrics for social media ad spends and report return on investment (ROI)
Stay on top of industry trends and habits
Help create and proactively manage a content calendar for clients social media channels
Manage and report on ad campaigns and content posts
Monitor social media conversations in tandem with the client
Manage aesthetic of platforms, create/edit photos and videos, write captions
Help develop monthly/quarterly reporting on social media while providing insight and understanding into results
Develop innovative content and social media strategies, work from ideation through to ex*****on and post-campaign analysis
Identify relationship opportunities with prominent influencers and thought leaders
Assist in other day-to-day social media related tasks
