Simple, bright, and endlessly refreshing, the classic Daiquiri proves that great cocktails don’t need a long list of ingredients. Just white rum, fresh lime juice, and a touch of simple syrup shaken ice cold for the perfect balance of citrus, sweetness, and spirit.
It’s vacation in a glass.
Ingredients:
~ 1½ ounces of white rum
~ ¾ ounces of freshly squeezed lime juice
~ ½ ounce to ¾ ounce of simple syrup (based on your desired level of sweetness)
~ Ice cubes
Instructions:
~ Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
~ Add the white rum, lime juice and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker.
~ Pop the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake well.
~ Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

This one has been on our list for a while and we are thrilled to finally be sharing it—meet the Desert Bird🍹
Straight from the menu at the Esquire Tavern, one of San Antonio’s most iconic spots and home to Texas’s longest bar counter (spanning over 100 feet), this cocktail strikes the perfect balance of bold and refreshing.
Sweet pineapple plays beautifully against the bitterness of Campari, while tequila adds a smooth depth. Prefer a smokier flavour? Mezcal works just as well here. Either way, the result is bright, layered, and incredibly easy to sip.
Ingredients:
~ 1 ½ ounces tequila or mezcal
~ ¾ ounce pineapple juice mixed with simple syrup
~ ½ ounce Campari
~ ½ ounce fresh lime juice
~ 1 pinch of salt
~ 1 sprig of mint for garnish
Instructions:
~ Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
~ Pop the lid on the shaker and give a good shake.
~ Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and add the sprig of mint.
Note: Makes 1 serving.

This one holds a special place in our hearts and we knew we had to revisit it as we head into the summer season. It’s bright, refreshing, and packed with sunny flavours that will have you dreaming of long warm evenings, backyard gatherings, and all the wonderful things summer brings with it☀️
Ingredients:
~ 1 ounce of green melon liqueur
~ 1 ounce of banana liqueur
~ 1 ounce of coconut rum
~ 4 ounces of fresh pineapple juice
~ 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice
~ Fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions:
~ Add the green melon liqueur, banana liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
~ Place the lid onto the shaker and shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels chilly.
~ Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
~ Top your drink with the fresh pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry.
