Snow left sitting too long and harsh de-icing salts can also wear down the surface and finish over time- clear snow and ice regularly with concrete safe de-icers to avoid buildup.

Drainage matters! Sweep away leaves, dirt, and debris, and make sure downspouts don’t drain onto your concrete.

A bit of seasonal maintenance helps protect your investment, reduce slip hazards, and avoid costly repairs once the snow melts.
